Questions pet parents ask
What should I pack for the day?
Your dog's lunch in a labelled box, plus any medicine with written instructions. We provide bowls, beds, toys and treats. For boarding, add their usual food for each night and a T-shirt that smells like home.
What does my dog need before the trial day?
Up-to-date vaccinations (bring the card), a tick and flea treatment in the last month, and a collar with a name tag. Dogs over 7 months should be spayed or neutered for group play.
What if my dog doesn't enjoy group play?
Some dogs prefer quiet company. We'll tell you honestly after the trial day, and suggest a calmer schedule with short play sessions and more one-to-one time.
Can I pick up my dog late?
Yes, up to 9 pm if you message us before 5 pm. Late pick-up costs ₹150 per half hour.
How do I cancel or move a booking?
Message us at least 24 hours before and there's no charge. For boarding over festivals, we need 3 days' notice because spots fill fast.
